Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments are first come, first served and are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmed.
Deposits
- Are applied toward your total service balance
- Must be sent within the timeframe provided when booking
- Are required for every appointment, including returning clients
Why deposits are required
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you book, I am turning away other clients for that time slot. Deposits protect my time, prevent last-minute cancellations, and ensure serious bookings only.
Failure to send your deposit in time may result in
- Loss of your requested appointment slot
- The time being offered to another client
